2nd COMSYN workshop

Future of BTL products in Europe – workshop invitation

Unipetrol Centre for Research and Education (UniCRE) is pleased to invite you to the 2nd workshop of the European project COMSYN.

The workshop aims to give an overview about the future of biomass-based liquid fuels in Europe. During the first workshop day in Prague, we hear several presentations from both industrial and academic experts about biofuels. On the second day, we have an opportunity to visit UniCRE and Unipetrol facilities in Litvínov. Preliminary agenda is available below.

Date & Place of Venue

Place of venue will be Prague and Litvinov, Czech Republic, from May 23rd to 24th, 2019.

  • On May 23rd, 2019, National Library of Technology, Prague (Technická 2710/6, 160 80 Praha 6 – Dejvice, Czech Republic).
  • On May 24th, 2019, UniCRE research facility, Litvínov (Areál Chempark, Záluží 1, 436 70 Litvínov).

Participation is free. Please state your attendance immediately and make your own bookings. Please, register to the event by sending email to Bc. Silvie Nikolova (silvie.nikolova@unicre.cz).

Transportation to Litvínov and back to Prague are organized. Nearby hotels in Prague are, for example, Vienna House Diplomat Prague, Hotel Silenzio, Hotel Schwaiger, Romantik U Raka and Hotel Savoy.

1st COMSYN Workshop

European 2nd Generation Biofuels – Opportunities and Applications

We, DLR and INERATEC, are pleased to invite you to the 1st workshop of the European project COMSYN.

This workshop aims to give an overview about current European research projects (H2020) in alternative fuels and to discuss about the development, the integration and the competitiveness of next generation biofuels in Europe. A preliminary agenda is attached.

Date & Place of Venue

Place of venue will be Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, Germany, from April 18th to 19th, 2018.

  • On April 18th, 2018 the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart will welcome you at the hotel campus.guest (Universitaetsstraße 34, 70569 Stuttgart).
  • On April 19th, 2018 you will be guest of the INERATEC.
