The content of the register will be used for displaying personalised content on the website and social media channels and delivering newsletters for the website visitors. The register can also be used to deliver corresponding information about renewable energy and sustainable technologies which may be presented in future by the register controller or research partners.

Content of the register
Email address, first name, last name, phone numbers, field of interest, level of engagement, company name and addresses.

Sources of information
The content of the register will be collected trough the website when the user have filled any type of form on the website. The content may also be collected from address registers held by Comsyn partners and cooperators.

Destinations of disclosed data
All the content can be assigned to Comsyn project partners and cooperators. Data is located inside European union and ETA countries.

How the data is secured
Typical information security tasks are executed on the website and web hosting services. The data is stored only in digital format and accessible only with secured passwords by the website administrators.

Who has rights to require changes in the content of the register?
All visitors who have filled out any forms on the website or otherwise subscribed into the newsletter lists can access and/or require to change their information at any time.

Other rights of the subscriber
All subscribers can remove their information from the register trough the unsubscribe option in Comsyn newsletters. No information is delivered to a subscriber after the unsubscription.
